We are proud purveyors of quality beef products including USDA Prime and Choice as well as other assorted cuts. We carry Black Angus beef, and offer Angus and Wagyu beef, as well as grass-fed and grass-finished beef.
To help our customers control their yield and labor costs, our certified meat cutters will process any primal cuts of beef and we offer sliced and diced products just how you need it for your hospitality establishment.
Portioned items include ribeyes, filets, short ribs, flat irons, beef rib chops (boneless, bone-in, tomahawks, frenched and split), T-bones, porterhouse, tenderloins, tri-tip, skirt steak, New York steak, hanging tender and beef for stews and kabobs. We also offer quality tripe, beef cheeks and tender skirt steak, flank steak and flap meat for fajitas and tacos.

We are a USDA-inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified facility that employs experienced meat butchers who have been highly trained in portion and quality control, and food safety protocols. We have a number of check points to ensure the safety of products before they leave our facility for shipment. Daniels ensures products do not contain any extra trimmings or waste, and the portion requested by a customer is guaranteed to be safe and pathogen free after being tested by our in-house safety & quality control management team.
