We work hard to source and offer our restaurant and grocer customers quality wild game for their establishments. We distribute a variety of quality wild game from free-roaming herds which includes venison, wild boar, buffalo, bison, elk, quail, rabbit and duck. Our most popular items include buffalo filet mignon, wild boar bacon and buffalo and bison burgers.

We are a USDA-inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified facility that employs experienced meat butchers who have been highly trained in portion and quality control, and food safety protocols. We have a number of check points to ensure the safety of products before they leave our facility for shipment. Daniels ensures products do not contain any extra trimmings or waste, and the portion requested by a customer is guaranteed to be safe and pathogen free after being tested by our in-house safety & quality control management team.
