At Daniel’s Meat, we offer quality veal and lamb products including free-range Colorado Spring Lamb, Australian Lamb, New Zealand Lamb and Provini grain-fed veal.
Choose from whole lamb or premium cuts, including traditional rack, leg or loin. We also offer unique cuts like loin chops, classic rib chop, shoulder chop, Tomahawk rib chop, volcano lamb shanks and lamb osso bucco.

We are a USDA-inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified facility that employs experienced meat butchers who have been highly trained in portion and quality control, and food safety protocols. We have a number of check points to ensure the safety of products before they leave our facility for shipment. Daniels ensures products do not contain any extra trimmings or waste, and the portion requested by a customer is guaranteed to be safe and pathogen free after being tested by our in-house safety & quality control management team.
