Our meat processing team will portion the perfect pork Tomahawk, frenched Pork Chops, frenched Pork Racks and center cut Pork Loins. We also offer pork back ribs, pork spare ribs, pork picnic shoulders, pork butts and pork bellies.

We are a USDA-inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified facility that employs experienced meat butchers who have been highly trained in portion and quality control, and food safety protocols. We have a number of check points to ensure the safety of products before they leave our facility for shipment. Daniels ensures products do not contain any extra trimmings or waste, and the portion requested by a customer is guaranteed to be safe and pathogen free after being tested by our in-house safety & quality control management team.
