In an effort to help the community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Daniel’s Western Meat Packers opened its doors to the public for the first time in company history. As the stay-at-home orders have eased, Daniel’s will remain open to the public on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through the end of of September.

Phone orders can be placed a day in advance for pick up on Thursdays from the Daniel’s processing plant located at 5217 Industry Ave in Pico Rivera.

“We want to continue to help members of our community during the current pandemic,” said Daniel’s manager, Jackie Aguayo. “We’re going to keep our doors open to the community for as long as we can.”

Products available for purchase will include ground beef, steaks, chicken breast, pork products and more while supplies last each day. Angus Beef and other USDA graded cuts can also be purchased when available.

Daniel’s processing plant is an USDA-inspected facility, and Daniel’s adheres to the highest standards in food safety and sanitation.
